Who We Are
We are a mobile health clinic working to increase access to health care and improve the health of residents in Boston's most undeserved neighborhoods. The Family Van reduces health disparities by bringing free curbside health screenings, health coaching and health education, as well as referrals for health and social services directly to the people.
What We Do
-Provide preventative health services -Improve access to care and referrals -Teach and train aspiring health care professionals
