Key Responsibilities:
As a Volunteer Recruitment Specialist for Faith-Based Media Content, you will play a crucial role in shaping the content of our communications with our followers and on our website. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Talent Scouting: Identify and engage with writers, bloggers, spiritual leaders, and content creators who can contribute thought-provoking faith-based articles. See our blog for past articles.
2. Community Building: Cultivate relationships with faith-based communities, organizations, and individuals to expand our network of contributors.
3. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our editorial team to ensure that content aligns with our platform's mission and values.
4. Support and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to prospective contributors, helping them create impactful content.
5. Promotion: Assist in promoting and sharing published articles to maximize their reach and impact.
Qualifications:
Passion for faith, spirituality, and the power of storytelling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for volunteer work and community engagement.
Experience in content recruitment or talent scouting is a plus, but not required.
A commitment to fostering inclusivity and respect for diverse faith perspectives.
