Description

Conversations to Remember is a 501C3 nonprofit. We match college students with senior citizens, many of whom have Alzheimer's or other types of dementia, for video calls. Our organization provides virtual training and ongoing support for the volunteers. The virtual visits are weekly, have 2-3 students on the video call with one senior citizen. Our senior citizens are from all around the USA as are our volunteers.

You can commit as little as 1 hour per week, but it will be the same day/time each week. We expect our volunteers to commit to the weekly visits for at least a few months - this is not a 1 day volunteer opportunity. Community service credit awarded.

To volunteer for our program, a student should submit an interest form through our website: https://conversationstoremember.org/volunteer/
