Tutoring Plus is seeking volunteer tutors to support Cambridge youth in their academic, personal and social growth journey! Each volunteer is matched with a youth based on academic strengths, interests, availability, as well as our site needs (for a minimum of one semester).
- For one hour each week, volunteers meet with their students one-on-one for an engaging tutoring and mentoring session.
- Volunteers can choose the day of the week that works best for them (Monday-Thursday), as well as choose the grade level that they prefer working with. Session start time (5:00pm/6:00pm/6:15pm) varies based on the volunteering site.
- Volunteering sites are based in Cambridge, MA and are accessible by public transportation.
Volunteers will receive training and support on how to engage with our students and build relationships with them that will have a lasting impact.
